Once you place an order or make a payment for any FastechCloud product or service:

All purchases, subscriptions, deposits, and service activations are processed immediately and therefore are final.


2. No Refund Policy

FastechCloud does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Non-usage of credits or services

Once a payment is made, no refund, cashback, or partial refund will be issued.


3. Deposits and Wallet Balance

All deposits made to your FastechCloud account are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable

  • Must be used to purchase services (e.g., hosting, tools, SEO services)

By depositing funds, you agree not to file any chargeback or dispute.

If a dispute or chargeback is filed:

  • Your account may be suspended or permanently banned.

  • All active and future orders may be cancelled.


4. Fraudulent Transactions

If an account is found using stolen or unauthorized payment methods:

  • The account will be terminated immediately.

  • No refund will be provided.

  • Legal action may be taken if required.


5. Service Delivery Issues

If you experience issues accessing your digital service:

  • Our support team will assist in resolving the issue.

  • Replacement or reactivation may be provided when appropriate.

However, support assistance does not include refunds.
